- Associate degree in Human Relations or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Relations within a manufacturing or sales environment preferred.
- Prior experience in a union environment preferred (if applicable).
- Proficient computer skills with a variety of software programs is required.

Responsibilities
- Assists in the coordination of the human relations function for the manufacturing facility.
- Provide onsite Human Relations support and services that facilitate greater plant effectiveness.
- Interpret and apply governmental laws and regulations, as well as established corporate policies.
- Assist with associate event planning.
- Assist with investigations and prepare responses to personnel related complaints and charges.
- Under close supervision prepare, submit and maintain all reports that pertain to HR, safety and risk administration.
- Conduct new associate orientation sessions and coordinating/delivering other training sessions.
- Serve as a payroll liaison between associates and the Payroll Department.
- Maintain accurate records of hires, terminations, attendance, promotions, transfers and incidents.
- Assist on projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
