work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Assists in certain operational/administrative tasks that support data management functions and patient care. Excellent customer service skills in interaction with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Provides essential support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues pertaining to reports. Uses a variety of tools (including Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, and EPIC workbench) to provide meaningful reports and data to program/department leadership. Designs create and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate the collection of data. Accesses, monitors, and produces multiple internal and external reports which may include service authorization, billing, productivity, demographics, and patient outcomes. Three (3) years of experience in data reporting, analytical, research, operational or related field is required. Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access skills are required. Ability to analyze reports and present quantitive and qualitative reviews of findings.
