customer service rep.

Randstad is working with a client in the Thornton/ Denver area to add to their Customer Service team. This is not a typical call center type of role where you will just be handling inbound calls. In the role there will be aspects of in-person customer/ client service as well as over the phone.  If you have experience in construction or working at a hardware store you would be the ideal candidate for this company. This is not an opportunity that you will be able to work remotely or have a hybrid schedule.  

salary: $41,600 - $41,600 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

Duties include but aren't limited to:


  Handling inbound calls
  Making occasional outbound calls to follow up with customers or preexisting customers 
  Helping walk-in customers
  Processing sales / taking orders
  Building quotes
  Creating new customer accounts and updated preexisting customer accounts.
