Responsibilities
▪ Download cash activities and update TMS
▪ Reconcile daily TMS cash files to ensure completeness
▪ Apply all bank deposits, wires to in house contract system and accounting system accurately and timely ▪ Open, close and maintain 500+ bank accounts
▪ Process wire transfers
▪ Provide cash positioning reports as required
▪ Prepare and maintain account analyses and reconciliation on a current basis
▪ Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, year-end and special project deadlines and requirements are met.
▪ Special projects as needed.
