Responsibilities
Assist the AP Manager throughout the AP process with tasks such as scanning, reviewing, and verifying invoices and check requests, setting up invoices for payment, entering invoices into the system, and preparing electronic transfers and payments.
· Assist the AR Manager throughout the AR process with tasks such as preparing and sending invoices to customers, maintain a precise record of all incoming payments, and making daily deposits of checks.
· Assist with real estate bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations, utilities billings, scanning/filing paperwork, etc.
· Inputting donations through the charitable foundation and maintaining detailed records.
· General office duties such as scanning invoices and other documents and data entry.
· Work collaboratively with the accounting team to perform other close, ad-hoc, or clerical/admin items as needed.
