Responsibilities
Work with internal and external teams to support new member implementation activities
Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments
Respond to issues quickly and correctly and ensure they are resolved or escalated
Become an expert on programs, and Supply Chain tools, both internal and member facing
Prepare designated reports as required by management, staff and members CRM account (SalesForce) maintenance to include loading of system data, data entry, data quality and verification
Generate and pre-populate required member forms for contract access and Price Activations
Identify opportunities and promoting cost-saving solutions to members
Maintain program knowledge through continued education of GPO products and services
Creates customized spreadsheets and prepares various reports for members for analysis of contract utilization, variances within sales reporting, tier levels and signed commitment forms
