Responsibilities
- Manages all transportation communication to the customer
- Create and cancel orders for customer when necessary
- Allocate/ Reallocate orders in the WMS system
- Edit, correct, revise orders
- Book shipments online with FedEx/UPS and freight shipments
- Create, send and report to support tickets
- Monitor all daily outbound orders to ensure proper and timely processing and booking
- Ensure all orders are collected and shipped and delivered to the customer
- Identify and address any shipping issues
- File claims for missing, lost, damaged shipments
- Generate quote requests
- Make calls to FedEx/UPS
- Provide updates to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to communicate on all levels inside and outside the organization
- Decision-making skills.
- Quick Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
