A leading financial services firm is looking for a business development representative to drive business growth. This individual should have previous knowledge of sales and be comfortable with cold calling. Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to schedule appointments with prospects and existing customers
• The firm holds seminars to educate on products and this role will require follow up calls to the attendees
• Bonus incentives for appointments set
• Leads are a mix of hot, luke warm, and cold
• Database of 15,000+ leads
• Looking for someone with experience making cold calls and scheduling appointments
• Must have great attention to detail
• Experience with various CRM systems, Excel, Teamup
