Looking for an Accounting Clerk to work in the Fredericksburg area, maintaining financial records, running reports for management and recording a wide range of financial transactions, depending on the business they support. Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs 
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors 
• Analyzing workflow processes 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors 
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures 
• Processing due invoices for payments 
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Maint selecting and explaining the bestains customer records by updating account information
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem,
