Our client is seeking an Accoutant to assist with day to day accounting activities including budget analysis, month end close responsibilities, reporting to management and maintaining the general and sub ledgers.  This is a small office and this role with have a major impact on the business overall.  Please come with a 'whatever it takes' attitude and take positive action to launch your careert to the next level.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide timely and accurate reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
• Labor reports and analysis
• Monthly and Seasonal Cost accounting entries and analysis
• Assist with management of materials inventory
• Reconciles lot inventory when closing
• Researches any warehouse inventory discrepancies with the cooler
• Closes lots in a timely and accurate manner
• Works in conjunction with the sales to ensure timely and appropriate settlement of trouble files
• Works cooperatively with sales, operations, and accounting departments
• Creates and maintains positive relationships with growers, vendors, and customers
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or directed
