A local manufacturing facility in Twinsburg, Ohio, has an immediate full-time Major Customer Account Manager position available for a high energy, well organized individual. This position supports several departments. This is a first shift position but the candidate must be flexible and willing to work some overtime if needed. This is a direct hire position. Responsibilities

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties:

• This individual will need to be able to multitask and coordinate a major customer’s schedule/portal and keep parts supplied from China and Mexico partners.
• They will handle all aspects of the customer account including RFQs, sending quotes, ordering and purchasing parts from China and Mexico, expediting shipments and completing the appropriate paperwork, and occasionally receipting shipments and invoicing the customer.
• Experience with customer portals
• Experience with purchasing, buying and scheduling
• Experience with quoting process recommended
• Experience with International purchasing and ordering helpful professional communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite of programs
