The Patient Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues. Position will be temporary to hire. Located in the East End of Louisville. Pay is $17/hour.  The position will be 100% in office. Must be available to work between the hours of 9am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday, Qualifications: - Must have at least 2 years of call center experience  - Ideal experience in healthcare or insurance - Computer literate - High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for taking phone calls and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare workers to assist with pharmacy questions.

• Take inbound calls in a call center environment
