Hello, We are looking to bring aboard a Design Lead to our team in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid position paying $95-$105k at a financial firm. In this role you will be directing the work of an Agile Design team, research, user testing, prototyping and designing for IT development teams, collaboratively and consultatively implementing best practices and creating design processes. This individual will need to shift quickly from hands-on creativity and design to a broader strategic approach to the UX function at the company. This individual will work closely with the Scrum development teams and will need to demonstrate personal Agility and a keen understanding of Agile work processes. Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to build trust and agreement with key partners and stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities

1. Direct the often fast-paced work of a small, Agile UX Design team, including colleagues that are located
outside of the United States
2. Collaborates with business Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Program Managers, Business Analysts and
Subject Matter Experts to understand requirements from design perspective and create user stories
3. In consideration of business priorities, and within VC branding guidelines set by the Marketing team, build
prototypes, wireframes and hi- and lo-fidelity visual designs for IT development teams and business areas
in a timely manner
4. Attend Scrum team ceremonies as appropriate to gather insight and input to designs
5. Drive a user and usability testing plan for Vanguard Charitable, incorporated within the established
development processes

6. Collaborate with PO/SMEs and Business Analysts to incorporate web and mobile design and accessibility
best practices in all designs
