Responsibilities

We are hiring a creative communications professional who thinks “social first” and has a passion for creating compelling, concise content that primarily features people - with the purpose of engaging employees, Amway entrepreneurs and the next generation of prospective employees and Amway Business Owners in the U.S. and around the globe.

• Generate content ideas and bring them to life – including copy, video, photography
• Support the creation of message maps for events, social channels and public appearances
• Develop creative content that supports posts, scripts and talking points
• Assist in reporting on results of the team’s work, primarily in social
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure video content is polished, professional when needed; and more organic, low-fi when needed
