Responsibilities

1.  Checks inventories in NLA stock and in other warehouses around the world, if necessary, and coordinates shipments from these warehouses in order to satisfy the customer's orders(s).
 
2.  Reviews, processes and changes orders accordingly by effective utilization of RAS, MISTRAL and other systems.
 
3.  Prepares proforma invoices and obtains customer's approval prior to shipment, transmits customer's approved orders to warehouse for picking and packing, issues inspection and insurance documentation for shipments, in an expeditious manner.
 
4.  Recommends to the Sr. CSR the purchase NSK/RHP products.
 
5.  Capability to recognize and identify customers' problems and the authority to either solve them immediately, or pass to supervisor for rectification.
 
6.  On a daily basis, updates necessary reports, maintains and updates files.
 
7.  Possesses knowledge of appropriate trade practices, customs and laws of the countries in the Latin American area.
