The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience assisting the Human Resources team along with any Hiring Manager with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.

salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Source candidates utilizing traditional and creative approaches to talent acquisition.
• Post job vacancies, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and reference and background checks, present and recommend potential hires, negotiate and deliver job offers.
• Participate in the onboarding process ensuring candidates have appropriate IDs, credentials, passwords, tools, and all necessary system and other access on day one.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and HR team members.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job qualifications; develop plans to
  fill requisitions.
• Manage candidate activity and flow of information in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct job analyses to determine job requirements; maintain current and accurate pool of job
  descriptions.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to talent management.
