Are you experienced in Accounting within a manufacturing environment? This role will involve accounting as it relates to reconciling accounts, creating cash flow reports, creating journal entries and closing month end books.  Our client is looking for someone who is proficient in Micrsoft Office, especially Excel. Position Duration - Part Time PERMANENT Role  Client is open to someone that is open to part time hours - can work between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.  Can work 5 days or even 3 days if needed.  Role could turn into more full time hours in the future, but it is okay if you only want part time hours for the future - this will not be a problem.  Salary - $75K to $80K  Location - Hudson, NH If you are interested in this role, please email Georgia.Demers@Randstadusa.com or call 603-836-0349

Responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain cost roll ups in ERP system, ensuring that inventory is properly valued and standards are accurately set
• Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System
• Month end close of the General Ledger:
• Month end close, reconcile AR to the GL
• Reconciles finished goods inventories

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Preferred
