We are currently seeking multiple individuals to assist with an event at the Opryland Hotel! You would need availability July23-July27th. The pay is $18/hr. Responsibilities


Saturday, July 23rd 2pm-6pm 

• Unpack, set-up reg, breakdown and dispose of boxes

 

Sunday, July 24th 11am – 7:30pm

• Replenish Bags, handout conference materials to attendees 
• Manage Kiosks & name entry 

 

Monday, July 25th 6:30am – 7:00pm

• Replenish Bags, handout conference materials to attendees 
• Manage Kiosks and name entry 
• Later switches to Delta Ballroom to usher seating for conference attendees 

Tuesday, July 26th  6:30am – 2:00pm

• Replenish Bags, handout conference materials to attendees/ Manage Kiosks & name entry 

Wednesday, July 27th 6:30am – 7:00pm

• Replenish Bags, handout conference materials to attendees 
• Manage Kiosks & name entry 

 



Additional notes: Temp support duties: (kiosk, attendee handouts)

 

--temp asks attendee for last name and enters into kiosk and prints name tag

--temp receives badge and checks to make sure name/city/state is correct
