Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and changes in SAP with high accuracy while meeting daily
or weekly order entry expectations in a timely manner. - Provide customer pricing, availability, and request for quotes via email or phone.
- Analyze situations and build rapport with customers to provide the best solution.
- Effectively communicate with other departments pertaining to customer oders.
- Process semi-annual and annual quotes within 30 days of expiration in SAP and
send customer communication. - Represent the Regional Account Support Team in weekly regional meetings with
Regional Account Managers, Outside Territory Managers, Director of Sales, and report
key points to Inside Side Sales Manager
