Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Must have good customer service and computer skills.
•   M-F, between the hours  8AM-7PMET 
• Work schedules will traditionally be 8 hours between 8am and 6pm
• Full and Part-time schedules are available. (Part-time is a minimum of 20 hours after a full week of training completed)
• must be willing to submit to background check, credit, and drug screen
