Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, involved in coordination, planning and execution of customer-facing and/or internal facing activities generating brand, product, and program awareness, obtaining leads and boosting conversions.
- Maintains department-level organizational and process materials.
- Tactical support for communication and marketing efforts.
- Maintains comprehensive database of all design projects flowing through the department
- Works with all business partners to verify and ensure accurate information and deadlines are recorded and updated in database.
- Monitors schedules, alerting business partners and management of pending risks to previously identified milestone deadline(s).
- Escalates risks as needed and appropriate
- Prepares regular project status reports and provides preliminary analysis to managementweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually as needed
