Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with knowledge and proficiency working as an QA Tester. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a  position with a top-tier financial company. Responsibilities

• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Analyze and study account level information to ensure proper documents were provided by our third-party vendors
• Extract loan documentation from various consumer lending system of records
• Compile all loan documentation into a package in preparation for account testing validation
• Test account information regarding timeliness, accuracy, and execution of state/federal guidelines
• Interact/communicate with third party vendors to review findings and potential issues identified in account level testing
• Ensure timeliness of reviews and validate testing schedules are adhered to
• Communicate and escalate any risks or potential issues
• Listen to call recordings from Third Parties to ensure compliance of regulations
