In this role you would support the development of overall human resources initiatives in line with building a highly engaged workforce. We need a leader who effectively moves between strategic long-term programs and the day to day tactical work of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The position will partner with other HR team members and cross-functional leaders by providing coaching and support on all matters related to people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Recruiting and Selection process. Ownership to include:
• Develop a comprehensive process to include roles, responsibilities, tools, forms,expectations, trainings and improvement in the time to hire metrics
• Track open positions for BAND-IT on appropriate tracking tools
• Utilize HR team members as appropriate for participation in the process
• Partner with hiring managers to find and attract top talent
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for candidates from defining job requirements, advertising, selection, and onboarding
• Create recruiting tools and search strategies to include postings, ads, selection matrixes and interview guides
• Partner with recruiting firms as appropriate
•  Ensure a diverse slate of candidates is considered for each role
