You have the opportunity to work with a well-known, well-respected global medical device and equipment company. Play a pivotal role within the Global Business Marketing group in creating actionable analysis, insight and reporting that will fuel the Global development of impactful marketing campaigns and management of Sleep and Respiratory Care marketing and communication needs.
Create, with audience engagement managers, the development of KPIs for global campaign deployment within digital channels to determine trends, successes, and gaps. You would also deliver reporting using Qlik, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other tools. You will deploy these KPIs into specific markets and support regular performance reviews with the global business marketing teams.
salary: $27 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide input into the development of KPIs to measure Sleep and Respiratory campaigns
- Use web analytic tools to track, analyze and optimize online audience campaigns
- Analyze campaign structures to increase NPS and conversion rate
- Support structured meetings, review KPI performance with the business KPI owners, as well as the Global Business Marketing performance leader and SRC leadership team as requested
- Build and link leading; lagging KPIs for dashboards across the reporting lines
- Provide input to modify / improve existing reports/dashboards with feedback from various stakeholders
- Assist in deploying KPI updates or changes to the markets and support change management activities
- Manage operational needs for content management systems as well as the internal review portal to ensure compliance for Marketing-related content
