communications project lead.

This role will be responsible for project managing the most cost effective deliverables while collaborating with Institutional clients, client teams and other internal stakeholders in order to coordinate and execute on assigned participant education projects across all markets. Deliverables will range from low to high complexity that meet client, participant, and IIG goals.

salary: $50 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities

Exemplifies solid project management skills by efficiently managing multiple client projects
simultaneously to deliver the highest quality participant education.  Identifies, evaluates and
elevates issues that impact the completion of projects.  Resolves problems that impact project
completion as needed. 
 Develops close working relationships and communicates client status and other key
information regularly with internal stakeholders (Communication Consultant, Relationship
Manager, Project Lead, Client Relationship Administrator and other IIG partners) and external
clients.
 Manages interdependent relationship with external client contacts (with oversight from
respective client team members). Manages competing demands and resources by negotiating
with internal teams and clients for mutually agreeable solutions.
 Partners with internal teams to set expectations and deadlines and ensure highest quality of
education deliverables as needed.
