Our partner is seeking an experience individual to join their benefits team. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Retirement Plans, the Retirement Plans Manager has responsibility for the operation of the staff pension plans, works closely with the Retirement Plans Senior Manager on the operation of the Firm's defined contribution retirement plans (401(k) and Keogh plans), and manages the vendor relationship with the defined contribution plans’ recordkeeper. The ideal indivudal will have at least 7 years of experience working with reitrement plans as well as project management experience. Law firm or other professional services experience is preffered. Responsibilities

• Manage staff pension plan operation including administration, benefit calculations, participant statements, benefit payments, communications, compliance and reporting
• Review and approve pension benefit payment calculations
• Manage the vendor relationship with the defined contribution plans recordkeeper
• Provide assistance to the Director of Retirement Plans to support the Retirement Plans Committee with plan redesigns, compliance and reporting
• Manage implementation of plan changes
• Develop policies and procedures
• Supervise other Retirement Plans personnel
• Respond to inquiries from staff and associates regarding plans
• Update Plan Communications
• Maintain plan SPDs and other plan documentation
• Coordinate ADP non-discrimination testing with vendor
• Improve plan administration processes
• Complete special projects as requested
