This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business. The associate in this position will participate in recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and filling orders. They will also maintain a high fill ratio, and take a positive proactive approach in partnering with various organizational departments.

Responsibilities

High Volume, Entry Level Recruiting - Direct Hire Positions for Fortune 500 Company. 100% Remote

• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs
• Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent
• Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
• Market talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate
• Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
• Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity
• Maintain working knowledge of up-to-date sourcing and screening methodologies
• Ability to research, set up, and build relationships with additional recruiting resources
