Responsibilities
- Assist the CFO with all aspects of budgeting including but not limited to budget preparation, monitoring expenses and income, reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting and amendments.
- Record accounting data for funds for donations, grants and contributions including receivables, revenues, accruals and payables, ensuring state, federal and GAAP compliance regulations, and keep the books in order to be reconciled on a monthly and annual basis.
- Responsible for providing support to all functional areas and departments, program managers, administrators and appropriate staff during pre/post activities through close-out of grant-funded projects.
- Maintain appropriate records of grants and grantors, donation, pledges and contributions.
- Oversee grant related resources and personnel duties related to grants and contracts.
