Our client located in Pleasanton, CA is focused on creating structural products that help people build safer and stronger homes and buildings. They are considered a leader in structural systems research, testing, and innovation. They are also considered one of the largest suppliers of structural building products in the world. The company is committed to helping customers succeed by providing exceptional products, full-service engineering and field support, product testing, and training. We are currently looking for their next Facilities Assistant to join their team on a long-term with an opportunity to go permanent. This role requires you to be on your feet and moving 90% of the time.



salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies in break rooms, kitchens, copy, and conference rooms. Assist with meeting coordination; room reservations and set up order catering, and replenishing supplies. Receive facilities requests through the online ticketing system (ServiceNow) and respond in a timely manner.  (70%)

Oversee maintenance of various office equipment, including postage meter, coffee machines, printers/copiers, etc., ensuring proper function and maintaining sufficient equipment supplies

Primary back up for front desk receptionist for meal and rest breaks. (15%) 

Miscellaneous administrative support as needed. (15%)
