Are you an experienced Transportation Coordinator? Are you proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office? Are you experienced in scheduling and planning inbound and outbound loads in a warehousing facility?  Local Lebanon company is looking for two experienced 1st shift Shipping Coordinators.  The Shift is 11pm-8am Monday- Friday. This person will help with Customer Service and assit with dispatching and invoicing.   

salary: $17 - $17 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 8 AM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

smooth operation of the Shipping Department by coordinating the warehouse shipping functions and providing administrative support to shipping warehouse management. Abilities to operate computer system and 10-key calculate required.
Prepare, sort and issue picking label to order selectors in the correct sequence. Check inventory on the computer for items that cannot be located. Invoice all shipments, performing post-billing function. Apply adjustments to existing invoices using supplied information. Generate and organize invoices for use by delivery drivers.
Monitor and record mispick ratios for shipping. Complete required daily reports for your shift. Key in catch weights. Create invoice when route is complete. Pull vendor meat invoices and match with invoices for Outlook
