work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
Provide Tier I and II phone support for the Call Center.
Respond to questions on research and correction issues related to CRD and IARD Systems.
Provide registration information and navigational assistance to callers.
Review and analyze reported registration, qualification and compliance issues.
When appropriate, process correction and resolve research cases for affected firms and regulators.
Respond to hard copy correspondence received by the unit.
Utilize department databases to document and track resolution of these issues.
Draft letters as appropriate in response to inquiries on registration-related activities.
