Our client is currently hiring a  Training Project Manager  to join their team in Lexington.   As a Training Project Manager you will provide project management and operational support to  Commercial Learning and Development  projects, programs, and initiatives. You will collaborate with functional leadership and project owners to manage project lifecycle, drive team accountabilities, address project issues/risks, drive effective decision making, and deliver status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.  If you have 3 or more years of PM experience working in a Pharma or Bio Medical field then this is the role for you!.  

salary: $55 - $57.13 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Training Project Manager, Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for ensuring the designated project is proceeding according to agreed-upon timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established  CL & D project management principles and operating parameters.
• Assists in defining and documenting the scope, goals and objectives of specific projects including development of project charter, project plans, including action steps, deliverables, and resources.
•  Ensures that project plans are accurately captured and documented for monitoring and tracking of each initiative's progress using MS Project or similar software. 

Skills:

• 3 + years of project management experience working in Commercial Learning and Development for a Pharmaceutical company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PPT), MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Ability to filter and interpret complex discussions in order to document action items and project outcomes.
