Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of P2P system for their Indirect and Strategic Outsourcing spend.
- They will provide comprehensive training and coaching to end-users, buyers, and suppliers as required on P2P processes.
- The candidate must understand and communicate Procure-to-Pay best practices and assist in invoice processing resolution as required. Coupa or SAP Ariba experience is a big plus.
- They must have good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, as they will be constantly answering various questions from vendor/clients/suppliers.
- Must have knowledge of handling purchase orders and invoices.
