This position requires a seasoned customer service professional with great interpersonal skills and prompt attention to e-mails.  10% of the duties would be phone based while the majority wouls be e-mail based.  Self starter and the candidate would need to be self-sufficient.  Training would be provided over time as responsibilities would increase with experience on the job.  Large portion of the job is follow-up and order entry.  This is no a remote position solely.  Remote work is months away once hired and it would be no more than once a week.

salary: $18 - $18 per hour
