Growing corporate office looking for experienced accounting clerks!  Great opportunity for upward mobility! They need experienced accounts receivable and payable clerks.  The right talent for this position will have true accounting experience on their resume.  The roles are $16-$17 hourly and the client requires all individuals be fully COVID vaccinated and criminal background.  If you qualify please apply!

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments with general ledger or accounting software
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
• Collections, proficient in Excel
• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements 

The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Billing (2 years of experience is required)

Fully COVID vaccinated (1 year of experience is required)
