A large health provider is looking for an experienced administrative assistant or program coordinator. Responsibilities

•  Research and respond to notifications received daily via email, fax, mail, CHATS and CRMs to ensure timely resolution of provider demographic updates from contracted network providers.
• Triage daily updates to NPSA, Contracting, Credentialing for input into Tapestry, Diamond, KMATE, and CACTUS.
• 3. Process incoming responses to 90-Day Verification requests to ensure timely updates which influences provider demographic details displayed in provider directories as outlined by HR133 regulations.
