Responsibilities
Understand WM in-network and out-of- network providers
Verify patients' eligibility based on patient information in office management system
Utilize online verification programs, as well as calling insurance companies if neccessary
Determine which insurance company that company has the most patients that they are unable to service, and establish new in-network relationship with said provider
Contact patinets for updated insurance information
Electronically send unable to assist letters to patients
Add notes in office management system with detailed explanation of benefit coverage
