Responsibilities

Position Title : AP Support
Pay: – $22-$24/hour

Background – Vendor gets set up – manual phone validation to validate the banking and ensure they provided the right information. They research the vendor. Make a call based on the search information, to mitigate a lot of fraud – huge influx of vendors needing to be set up.
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requires a high school diploma with at least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SAP experience strongly preferred
Quick learner
Proficient with Outlook and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (English)
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately
