New home builder in Palm Beach Gardens looking for closing coordinators.  Competitive salary and benefits.  $60k-$65k/year and company paid healthcare.  Previous industry experience preferred but not required.  Ideal candidate is extremely organized and thrives in a very fast paced environment. Position entails managing all aspects of sales agreements through closing for single-family and condominium communities.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of purchase agreements from sale through closing for single-family homes and condominium communities.
•    Audit and maintain agreement documentation.
•    Obtain documentation needed to finalize established file requirements prior to closing.
•    Prepare closing estoppel on behalf of seller, including, but not limited to determining final closing figures, property taxes, maintenance/HOA fees, loan payoffs, surveys, commissions, incentives and closing costs.
•    Assist in closing procedures for all home and condominium sales.
•    Work directly with Closings Manager, sales, construction, design, customer care, mortgage, title and other related personnel.
•    Coordinate with construction, sales, customer service, title and purchaser to schedule related closing appointments. 
•    Scheduling closing appointments with purchasers.
