Responsibilities
- Coordinates administration of worker compensation process
- Coordinates employee events including logistics for events including site selection, booking, catering, etc.
- Coordinates employees’ leaves of absence, such as FMLA, STD, LTD
- Coordinates recognition and service awards program
- Organizes and coordinates special projects
- Coordinates annual open enrollment period each year. Arrange for distribution of plan summary materials and required notices, assist with communicating changes to employees. Process changes within deadlines
- Maintain production employee attendance system
- Maintain plant wide training matrix
- Coordinate administration and processing of HR invoicing
- Coordinate and conduct new hire recruitment and selection, pre-employment screening, background and reference checks
- Conduct new hire orientation and on-boarding
- Benefits administration including enrollments and annual open benefits enrollment
- Assist employees with 401-k requests
- Assist with maintenance of OSHA log
