Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of contingent workers who are responsible for executing compliance related workflows globally.
• Own the end-to-end asset management process and systems for the compliance team in North America.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to proper workflow execution.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of compliance operations.
• Identify the key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization.
