Responsibilities

-High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds, submitting i9s)

-Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace

-Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 10-15 new hires per week- sometimes more!

-Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)

-Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving
