Randstad is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager for our insurance industry client in Cincinnati, OH. In this role you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, developing a deep understanding of customers, identifying new and emerging opportunities, and ensuring high-quality delivery and execution of core marketing campaigns and other innovation activities designed to grow the business. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-8 years of B2B and/or D2C marketing experience
• Experience developing and leading marketing initiatives
• Experience with CRM discussions, social media, paid media, email marketing, landing pages, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to see the big picture while also working to execute at the ground level
• Professional business acumen with comfort presenting to leaders and executives
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willing to work in the office 2-3 days/week

salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
