Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Train new employees to perform all tasks required for anti-money laundering analyst jobs
• Follow up with new employees throughout the training process to assist in determining additional training needs
• Maintain all training materials and contribute to updates and improvements to training
• Assist in researching and developing updated or more effective training content
• Measure learning outcomes and evaluate the efficacy of training

What you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a trainer educating new employees on financial fraud and anti-money laundering policies and procedures
• Expert-level knowledge of current financial fraud prevention practices and anti-money laundering procedures
