The Senior Recordkeeper will review and enter data from forms received for participant-level account changes or additions such as enrollment, beneficiary maintenance, demographic changes, sending duplicate statements, checks, etc. 

This role will be 100% remote work from home. Due to the need for remote work, it is required that all candidates have efficient home internet with a private home office space. Our client will provide the computer equipment needed to do the work.

 

salary: $21.58 - $21.58 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

 ·      Firm grasp of data entry skills for processing client requests into the system

·       Interpersonal skills for working with internal business partners

·       Flexibility to work overtime as needed during peak periods

·       Ability to function productively from a remote environment and to use time efficiently

·       Proficient computer skills including the ability to navigate through MS Office and Outlook

·       Ability to follow procedures and learn quickly
