Responsibilities
Purpose: Maintain purchasing and financial records for the HR Department
Purchasing – Manage all employment related purchasing; Track Purchase Orders from creation to delivery; Review, process & reconcile vendor invoices; and assist the HR Team to negotiate employee services (contracts, benefits, insurance, etc.)
Financial – Review financial statements to identify areas of concern; Track & process employee costs (expenses, PPE, training, etc.); Monitor HR Department budget; and Maintain documents required for international travel & employment.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; At least 2 years HR, Financing, or Purchasing experience; Highly proficient with Excel.
