Responsibilities
- Compile/upload claim file history from, and into various applications.
- Assist with preparation of litigation suit matter setups and affiliated support tasks.
- Receive, review, prepare and enter claim Litigation data into various Citizens applications, databases and/or Excel workbooks.
- Will provide customer service by responding to basic-intermediate level internal and external claim related inquiries, received via email communication, as assigned.
