Randstad Staffing is looking to fill Junior Operatons Specialist role on one of our Operations teams. salary: $20 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• This position will provide various operational data to management through reporting of gathered data from Operating Company offices .
• This position will provide daily support and exceptional customer service to all divisions and will be responsible for the maintenance of policies, procedures, flows and forms.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel’s office for the work permit forms
• Print the work permit forms and get the necessary signature on the forms. Make sure to check for accuracy on the  forms.
• Handle the  checks received from beneficiary, ensuring compliance with Randstad onboarding requirements, and cataloguing the details for reference and ease of future access.
• Synchronize between legal counsel and back office HR operations team to ensure legal compliance with any revisions in Department of Labor salary requirements.
• Create public access folder for new offers, amendments.
