Looking for your next opportunity as a payroll assistant? We are currently hiring one capable payroll assistant for one of our premier clients in Fort Mill, SC. In this role you will be assisting the payroll manager with attendance tracking, processing VTO requests, check dispursement and more! We are looking for individuals skilled with PeopleSoft, Kronos, 10 Key by Touch and Microsoft Office that have previous payroll experience.  This role pays $20/hr and is On Site in Fort Mill, SC. Responsibilities

• Assist the production staff with their questions regarding payroll, attendance tracking and various policies as needed.

• Update Kronos based off of information received back from associate and Supervisor on reports made.

• Process VTO and schedule change requests daily.

• Follow and maintain all Sarbanes/Oxley compliance regulations required for the payroll process.

• Edit and track attendance weekly to ensure all associates accounts are accurate and current.

• Sort checks bi-weekly to provide to Supervisors for their teams.

• Coordinate with temp agencies to ensure they have information they require and they are providing us with necessary information.

• Ensure the accuracy of associate data through frequent cross referencing between PeopleSoft and Kronos.

• File various documents.

• Sort and deliver all checks.

• Audit and follow up to all Final Time details to ensure 100% compliance.
