Responsibilities
The Accounting/Payroll Coordinator will partner directly with the plant leadership team to support the
achievement of the plant’s performance objectives. With the support of the Plant Controller for North
America and the Human Resources Manager, this role will help support plant specific month end
accounting and reporting, quarterly and annual forecasting, coordination of capital spend, cost performance
analytics, establishing/maintaining the proper risk and controls environment, and driving initiatives towards
cost reductions. In addition, this role will be the key payroll coordinator for the Madera, CA facility to ensure
accurate and timely processing of employee payroll working closely with our Jessup, MD corporate facility.
This role will work with the Plant Manager to provide weekly results and in depth analysis related to plant
performance and will also support Corporate Finance to ensure consistency in application of accounting
policies and practices across the North America region.
